Staff and Students Enjoy Fundraising Event for a Good Cause
Seventeen remarkable Year 6 students from Haringey and Enfield embarked on an unforgettable journey to Pendarren House in the stunning Brecon Beacons of South Wales during the final week of August.
This adventure wasn’t just a trip—it was a transformative experience that fostered resilience, built confidence, and nurtured lifelong friendships.
Over the course of the week, students stepped outside their comfort zones, tackling activities that tested their courage and teamwork. From navigating challenging hikes through breath-taking landscapes to discovering hidden talents during creative workshops, every moment was a testament to their strength and determination. The young adventurers embraced personal growth in a safe and nurturing environment.
But the impact of this experience didn’t end with the final day at Pendarren. The memories they created, the friendships they formed, and the skills they built will ripple through their lives as they transition to secondary school and beyond.
This incredible opportunity was made possible through tireless fundraising efforts and the immense generosity of our donors. Your support ensures that young people from disadvantaged backgrounds across Haringey and Enfield can access these life-enriching experiences - regardless of their circumstances.
“It was a privilege to get to know all the children and take them to Pendarren. They all pushed themselves beyond their comfort zones and made brilliant friendships. It was an unforgettable experience and we wish them all well in Year 7.” - James Page
