Are you able to offer life-changing opportunities for children and young people in Haringey and Enfield? Are you looking to develop or scale up extra-curricular activities you deliver?
We are looking to provide financial support for up to three programmes that provide access to extra-curricular activities that enable young people to thrive.
At Horizons, we have already provided grants of between £500 and £5000 to schools to address urgent need for their students; established an annual summer activities week in Wales to provide life-changing experiences for disadvantaged Year 6 students; and delivered ground-breaking programmes with partnership organisations.
We're looking to add to this, and partner with 3 passionate programme deliverers who deliver, or want to deliver, opportunities for children and young people in line with our mission. We are looking for people with a clear capacity to deliver, be that a new programme or an existing programme that could be scaled up for a bigger impact.
Beyond changing the game for children and young people, you will get £5k to run your programme and receive support from the Horizons team to apply for more fundraising opportunities to support future delivery.
We also want to build close relationships with all programme providers. We will support you in promoting opportunities available for children and young people, connect you to our network of schools alongside Haringey Education Partnership, and provide ongoing advice and support through the trustees.
Applications close on 17 February 2025.
Interviews will take place on 14 March 2025.
