Horizons is thrilled to announce that we will be partnering with BRIT Kids, the Saturday school run by The BRIT School, to expand its bursary programme, offering additional fully funded places at its Kings Cross branch from September 2025.
This is an important step in levelling the playing field for children and young people in Haringey and Enfield by removing barriers to access high-quality Creative, Media and Performing Arts education for children and young people.
The Kings Cross site, which opened in partnership with Capital City Group in January 2024, now serves 180 students. With the support of Horizons, the proportion of bursary places across the BRIT Kids Kings Cross programme will increase from 5% to 10%, offering greater opportunity to young people who may otherwise face barriers to accessing arts education.

Their mission is simple: they want young people aged 7-18 to discover and develop their creativity in a welcoming, inspiring environment. They are all about allowing accessibility to the Arts, every aspect of the Arts, from Performing, Creative and Media. Their sessions are run by a passionate team of professional artists and educators, with a focus on: confidence building; teamwork and leadership; hands-on experience; and performing and creative/media arts delivery.
